Your download of YPIM_setup.exe should have started automatically. Please follow these steps to complete the installation:

Step 1: Browser Security Warning

Depending on your browser, you may see a warning message stating that the file isn't commonly downloaded. As a new software provider with a relatively new code-signing certificate, some browsers will flag our installer. Rest assured, YPIM is safe to use. If you feel comfortable, please choose “Keep” or “Download Anyway” to proceed. (Doing so may also help your browser learn to trust our software more quickly in the future.)

Step 2: Windows SmartScreen

After you locate YPIM_setup.exe in your Downloads folder, double-click to run it. If Windows SmartScreen shows a warning (indicating an unrecognized app), click "More info" and then "Run anyway". This occurs because our code-signing certificate is still new and not yet widely recognized by Windows. We’re continuously working to establish trust with Microsoft and browser authorities.

Additional Tips

As a retail investor with trading experience, you know how important security is. If at any point you wish to verify the file, feel free to:

• Scan YPIM_setup.exe with your antivirus software.
• Check the publisher details in the SmartScreen prompt (should list our company name soon, once the code signing matures).
• Reach out to our support for any questions before installation.
